Jessica Cooper (born 1967) is a Cornwall-based painter who produces semi-abstract works often inspired by the landscape of Penwith.
She attended Falmouth School of Art (1985-86) and Goldsmiths College (1986-89), where she earned a B.A. (Hons) in Fine Art and Textiles. Her work was featured in the "Art Now Cornwall" exhibition, at Tate St Ives (in 2007).
